Hi, I'm Belinda Fritsch. I've spent most of my career helping brands tell their stories in a way that feels natural to read and makes an impact online.

For over nine years, I worked as a content editor and SEO writer in the tech and lifestyle industries. Somewhere along the way, I realized that what truly fascinated me were the health and science topics I kept returning to. That is why I decided to study human medicine, and now I get to combine both sides of my work: a love for clear, well-structured writing and a solid foundation in medical knowledge.

For me, the value of good content lies in clarity and credibility. My goal is to help readers feel informed and confident about what they read, in both German and English.

After the acquisition, I took full responsibility for all content marketing and SEO initiatives across Mosaic and its subsidiaries like Teltech and Apalon. I developed comprehensive SEO and content strategies, conducted keyword research and competitor analyses, and presented SEO performance reports to stakeholders.

A core part of my role was leading a team of freelance copywriters, creating detailed content briefs, and managing editorial calendars. I also played a key role in copyediting, ensuring high editorial standards, consistency, and SEO alignment across all written content. Using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, and Amplitude, I produced data-driven reports and audits to optimize website performance. I collaborated closely with designers and developers to create landing pages and led cross-functional communication between marketing, creative, and product teams.

I also managed the iTranslate blog and maintained the entire CMS.

Following the acquisition by IAC in 2019, iTranslate became part of Mosaic Group, where my role expanded further.
